kerja sebagai Marketing Pialang
para blogger pasti uda hafal dgn marketing, bahkan banyak iklan yang membutuhkan tenaga kerja marketing di harian umum ataupun via iklan elektronik (internet).

nah, jika blogger punya mental dan tentu saja dana yang kuat, maka posisi kerja ini gada salahnya untuk dicoba. tapi, jika blogger ga punya cukup mental apalagi dana yang mendukung, maka deim sarankan JANGAN ambil kerja sebagai marketing. karena marketing prioritas untuk mencapai target/jumlah nasabah/klien. dan dari banyaknya nasabah itulah posisi blogger bisa naik ke jabatan yang lebih tinggi. semua itu akan sangat menyenangkan jika sang perusahaan telah menyediakan database yang berisi daftar orang-orang untuk kita hubungi+temui. tetapi, kebanyakannya perusahaan TIDAK akan memberikan database tersebut secara gampang begitu saja, apalagi bagi blogger yang baru saja bergabung dengan perusahaan tersebut. bahkan ada beberapa perusahaan yang sama sekali TIDAK memberikan database, dan menyuruh blogger sendiri untuk mencari database.

celakanya, hal ini sangat pengaruh ke pribadi dan kinerja blogger untuk mendapatkan gaji, komisi dan bahkan bonus. karena marketing itu diberi gaji, komisi dan bonus berdasarkan nasabah yang blogger dapat. jika blogger tidak punya nasabah, ada beberapa perusahaan yang punya kebijakan untuk tidak memberikan gaji, komisi atau bonus, jika blogger tidak punya nasabah. bahkan untuk uang sekedar pengganti ongkos transportasi. sebagai contoh perusahaan pialang yang bertempat di Gedung Standard Chartered, Karet-Sudirman.
tentu saja, semua itu tergantung dari kebijakan perusahaan.

karir di bidang marketing cukup cepat untuk naik jabatan ketimbang di bidang lain. sebagai contoh, jika blogger memilih posisi sebagai marketing, bukan tidak mungkin dalam kurun waktu dua-tiga bula blogger bisa naik jabatan menjadi senior atau executive marketing, bahkan jika kinerja blogger dalam mendapatkan nasabah sangat ulet, bisa dipastikan tidak sampai satu tahun blogger bisa menjabat sebagai posisi manager.
bandinkan dengan jika blogger bekerja diluar marketing. untuk naik ke jabatan yang lebih tinggi akan membutuhkan waktu cukup lama. dan untuk menjadi seorang manager, biasanya diperlukan waktu sampai dengan lima tahun.
semua itu kembali ke jiwa, mental, dan mindset blogger dalam bekerja.

nah, apa yang coba deim bahas dan share disini adalah mengenai marketing dibidang jasa, marketing pialang, yang berhubungan dengan jasa valas (forex), saham, dan index. spesifiknya adalah perusahaan pialang yang berlokasi di gedung Standard Charter, Karet-Sudirman.

marketing pialang ini memiliki tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut:
blogger mencari atau mendapatkan database yang berisi daftar orang-orang untuk di prospek. setelah database didapatkan, blogger melakukan contacting menggunakan pesawat telepon yang telah disediakan oleh perusahaan. di dalam satu ruangan, terdapat beberapa meja yang diwakili oleh manager yang berbeda-beda. nah, setiap meja tersebut terdapat satu pesawat telepon yang telah diberi jatah bujet pulsa oleh setiap manager. sehingga ketika pulsa habis, maka biasanya calon pialang harus rela mengantri di ruang dialling, dengan bujet pulsa tak terbatas. hal ini tergantung dari nomor yang dihubungi. jika nomor ponsel, maka otomatis pulsa cepat habis, dan sebaliknya, jika nomor telpon rumah/kantor, maka bujet cukup sampai pertengahan bulan. tapi semua tergantung dari manager tiap meja, berapa banyak mereka memberikan bujet pulsa. jika sang manager termasuk manager yang memiliki nasabah banyak dan para nasabah melakukan transaksi trading setiap harinya, maka bisa dipastikan bujet yang diberikan sang manager cukup banyak.
secara gamblangnya, semakin banyak nasabah, dan semakin sering nasabah melakukan trading, maka semakin besar peluang untuk mendapatkan komisi dan bonus yang dihitung dari jumlah transaksi nasabah dan jumlah nasabanya itu sendiri. karena komisi dan bonus nilainya lebih besar daripada gaji pokok.

gaji pokok akan diberikan setelah calon pialang (untuk selanjutnya akan disebut dengan broker); telah mendapatkan satu nasabah. maka, pada tanggal 10 bulan selanjutnya, otomatis broker akan menerima gaji pokok. dan broker wajib untuk memiliki rekening tabungan bank tertentu. karena setiap perusahaan pialang memiliki kebijakan yang berbeda dengan perusahaan pialang lain.
maka, broker wajib memiliki rekening tabungan atas bank tertentu sebelum jadwal pemberian gaji.

kembali ke tahapan kerja.
broker yang telah memiliki databse, lantas melakukan contacting, meminta jadwal ketemu dengan calon klien. setelah jadwal disetujui oleh sang klien, maka broker bisa mengisi form vehicle request, ini kembali tergantung dari perusahaan, apakah menyediakan jasa transportasi untuk prospek. selanjutnya broker bisa melakukan prospek ditemani oleh team manager atau bahkan manager, untuk broker pemula atau ketika calon klien yang hendak di prospek adalah orang yang sangat berduit. broker juga dapat melakukan presentasi prospek ditemani partner atau bahkan sendirian, itu jika broker telah memiliki cukup ilmu dan kepercayaan diri dan tentu saja telah mendapat persetujuan dari team manager dan manager broker.
setelah semua hal tersebut, di hari h jadwal ketemu, broker akan di antar oleh driver menuju lokasi yang bisa dimana saja sesuai dengan perjanjian broker dengan calon klien, apakah di kantor klien, kantor perusahaan broker, di rumah atau bahkan di mall-mall atau tempat umum. dan jika ternyata lokasi dan waktu broker ketemu bersamaan dengan broker dari tim lain yang juga masih satu tujuan, maka antara broker dari tim satu akan digabung dengan tim lain. hal ini tergantung dari jumlah kendaraan yang disediakan oleh perusahaan dan jumlah prospek. bahkan ketika jadwal prospek pada hari x sangat padat, besar kemungkinan broker tidak mendapat vehicle, atau siapapun yang bisa menemani atau mengantar. sehingga bisa dibilang tertunda. jika sang calon klien mau jadwal prospek nya diatur ulang, maka tidak jadi masalah. semua orang kan memiliki personality, aktifitas yang berbeda-beda dan mood yang berbeda-beda. bisa saja sang calon klien tengah memiliki jadwal yang tidak terlalu padat dan mood bagus, maka ketika broker menghubunginya untuk atur ulang jadwal, dia tidak akan menolak. dan begitu pun sebaliknya.

selain calon klien, mood broker pun memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja nya untuk mendapatkan prospek. mood jelek, maka otomatis akan menggangu ketika contacting.

selain mood, penampilan broker juga turut menentukan mau - tidak nya seorang calon klien untuk bergabung menjadi nasabah. hal lainnya tentu saja product knowledge broker mengenai perusahaan tempat ia bekerja dan jasa yang ditawarkan.
broker dengan pakaian rapi lebih disukai ketimbang broker dengan pakaian masih kucel, belum disetrika, dan bahkan kurang tidur.

secara garis besar, kerja sebagai marketing di sebuah perusahaan pialang yang bergerak di bidang jasa valuta asing (Valas), forex, saham, index, adalah menyenangkan dan pilihan tepat untuk memiliki banyak penghasilan. semua itu harus memiliki jiwa, semangat dan mind set yang kuat, serta dukungan dana yang juga kuat. karena kapan waktunya seorang broker mendapatkan nasabah itu adalah tergantung dari semua faktor tersebut, juga tergantung dari jodoh seseorang pada sebuah perusahaan.
ada yang telah bekerja semaksimal mungkin dengan telah memiliki semua faktor diatas (jiwa, semangat, mind set, dana) tetapi sampai lebih dari tiga bulan belum juga mendapatkan nasabah satu pun. dan sebaliknya, ada yang baru bergabung dan bekerja sebagai broker dalam hitungan hari saja ia telah mendapatkan nasabah. itu semua atas kehendak dan ijin Allah SWT, sang Kholiq.
kita cukup ber ikhtiar semaksimal mungkin, dan pasrahkan semua kepada Allah, sang pemilik apa yang ada dibumi dan dilangit dan di antara keduanya.

Kisah Ama dan Akong
Seorang kakek menyuapi istrinya (sang nenek) yang sedang sakit. Terlihat sangat menyentuh dan mungkin inilah salah satu saat paling romantis dalam hidup sepasang manusia.

Apalah arti kata “I love you“ (aku mencintaimu) bila hanya sebatas di mulut tanpa tindakan nyata (saling menjaga, mengasihi , dan berjanji setia untuk seumur hidup hanya dengan seorang pria/wanita sebagai pasangan)?

Si kakek ini, seumur hidupnya tidak pernah mengucapkan “aku cinta kamu.” Ketika ia melamar calon istrinya (si nenek), hanya tiga kata yang diucapkan: “Percayalah kepada saya.”

Ketika si istri melahirkan anak perempuan pertama, laki-laki itu mengatakan: ” Maaf ya, sudah menyusahkan kamu.”

Ketika anak perempuannya menikah, si istri merasa kehilangan dan si suami ini hanya merangkulnya sambil mengatakan: “Masih ada saya.”

Ketika si nenek itu sedang sakit parah, ia mengatakan kepadanya: “Saya akan selalu ada di sampingmu.”

Ketika si nenek sakitnya makin parah dan akan meninggal, si Kakek hanya mengatakan kepada istrinya: “Kamu tunggu saya ya.“

Seumur hidup, ia tidak pernah sekalipun mengucapkan “aku cinta padamu”, tetapi “CINTA”nya tidak pernah meninggalkan dia. Cintanya diwujudkan dalam hidup keseharian mereka. Seumur hidup tindakan dan perbuatannya selalu penuh dengan CINTA.

Walaupun sulit menemukan pasangan seperti cerita di atas ini, tapi pasti ada pasangan-pasangan yang demikian kuat rasa cintanya di dunia ini. Semoga demikian pula untuk semua pasangan yang sudah memutuskan untuk hidup bersama.

Dreams and Fighting
Narrated, in 1867, there lived a German-born engineer named John Augustus Roebling. He dreamed of building a bridge that connects New York City and Long Island. So, John was only able to share the dream with his son, Washington Roebling. Washington is also a technical expert. Father and son fought together to realize that dream.

When the project has been running for several months, there was a fatal accident. Unfortunately, because of the help that late, John Roebling could not be saved. As for Washington, although his life survived, but suffered severe injuries on his head which left him paralyzed and unable to speak. However, impaian his father about the "bridge" never goes out of his mind.

One day, when Washington lay helpless on his bed, he saw daylight through the window of his room, blinding and painful eye. Soon his eyelids closed, and at that time also, there arose a consciousness, "Today I can still enjoy the beautiful glow of the sun, meaning, God is still giving me time to do. And I must not give up! "With every effort he was concentrating and trying to move a finger. The work done over and over with enthusiasm and concentration, was not in vain. The Road to Success
there was a time, a man was walking in a place to search for treasure. Until finally, he arrived at a fork of three. Incidentally there are parents who were standing on the edge of the crossroads.

He was confused because there are three roads leading in different directions. He was hard to decide not to choose the way you want to go. Then he asked the old man, "Hey, old man. May I ask? I was on my way looking for treasure. But in front of me there are three different paths. Can you show me the right way?"

The old man did not answer. He just pointed the way first.

The man thanked her and immediately take the first road.

A few moments later, the man who'd come back again. But this time his whole body stained with mud. He approached the old man and said, "Hey, old man. Just now I asked directions to the treasure and you are pointing to the first street. But I'm actually stuck into the mud pool area. My body would get dirty like this." He then asked, "Now where the path to the treasure? Please show me!"

The old man remained silent. He then pointed to the path of the two.

The man then thanked her and immediately take the latter path.

A few moments later, he was back again. Her body is not only exposed deep mud, but also filled with torn pants and leg injuries such as scratches something.

A man was waiting to be thrown off a plane in an airport lounge. Hose 30 minutes later, a voice that comes out of the speakers told the passengers that the flight number so the purpose of X immediately boarded the plane.

The man then boarded the plane and find a seat according to ticket. Incidentally he sat beside the emergency exit or emergency exit doors. Not long later after all the passengers were on the seat, there came a flight attendant who approached the man.

He was then recalled by the flight attendant who was giving instructions to him. He was soon looking for and finally succeeded him. He said with a little angry, "You told me to open the emergency exit, but the door did not open."

Then the flight attendant replied, "The door is functional and not damaged."

The story above may be common in most people. They are doing something, but when they want to get different results, they instead continue to do the same thing over and over again. That's called "crazy" by Albert Einstein, who refers to people who keep doing the same action and hoping for different results.

If you plant an orange seed, then you will harvest oranges. If you do not want to oranges, but apples, then you have to plant an apple seed. That's a simple analogy. But many people are stuck with a lemon seeds to plant, hoping to harvest apples.
